As she walks back home, Hardin runs up behind and they walk back home together. The next day, Tessa is dismayed to see that Hardin is not waiting for her after her shift. She lays on the couch and helps him fall asleep. On the sofa, Hardin is having a nightmare when Tessa finds him. They catch up on their new lives and eventually get home to Landon’s. Hardin asks Tessa when her shift ends and after, Tessa finds Hardin waiting for her outside and they walk home together.
